General Eligibility Requirements

All candidates must:

• Hold a Ph.D. in Management or a closely related field
• Show strong potential or proven excellence in research
• Demonstrate the ability to teach post-graduate and doctoral-level courses
• Be committed to academic excellence and institutional contribution

Teaching experience is highly valued, but not mandatory for early-career candidates.

Position-Specific Requirements

Assistant Professor

• Ph.D. completed or near completion
• Strong academic record
• Clear research agenda with publication potential
• Teaching experience desirable but not required

Associate Professor

• Ph.D. with a strong publication record
• Minimum 6 years of teaching and/or research experience
• Experience at the Assistant Professor level at a reputable institution

Professor

• Ph.D. with an established research profile
• Minimum 10 years of teaching and/or research experience
• At least 6 years at the Associate Professor level
• Demonstrated leadership in research and teaching
