Open Faculty Positions
BNBU invites applications for full-time faculty roles starting in February or September 2026.
Positions available include Professor, Associate Professor, and Assistant Professor in Business Analytics.

Teaching and Research Focus
The university seeks scholars with strong teaching passion and active research profiles. Core teaching areas include programming for business, database systems, R for statistics, data mining, big data analytics, artificial intelligence, deep learning, business statistics, and data visualization.
Preferred areas include text mining, ethics in analytics, operations research, optimization, calculus, linear algebra, probability, statistical inference, linear models, and C programming.

Candidate Requirements
Applicants must hold a PhD in business analytics, data science, artificial intelligence, or a closely related field. You should show strong research ability with publications in respected international journals. You should also care deeply about teaching quality at undergraduate or graduate level. Salary and Benefits
Salary is competitive and based on experience. Benefits include housing allowance, paid leave, and social insurance. Appointments start with a fixed-term contract and can be renewed by agreement. Life in Zhuhai is affordable, safe, and close to Hong Kong and Macau.
