Position Overview
Boston University invites applications for a full-time Clinical Assistant Professor in Finance at the Questrom School of Business. This is a non-tenure track faculty role based in Boston, Massachusetts. The expected start date is July 1, 2026. Role and Teaching Focus
The successful candidate will teach undergraduate and graduate courses in asset pricing and corporate finance. Teaching will include students from the MSc in Finance program. The role also includes academic leadership within the MSc in Finance. You will work closely with students, faculty, and corporate partners. Industry experience is valued and encouraged.

Candidate Profile and Qualifications
Applicants must hold, or be close to completing, a PhD in Finance or a related field by the start date. Strong teaching skills are essential. A passion for student engagement matters. Experience in industry is a plus. Can you link theory to practice? Can you make finance clear and useful? These skills are key.

Salary and Support
The salary range for this position is $174,100 to $202,520. Pay depends on experience, background, and internal equity. Questrom offers strong teaching and research support. Faculty receive resources to succeed in the classroom and beyond.
