Meet the Founder
Karim Bennouna, Ph.D.
Founder & CEO
Karim Bennouna brings more than 25 years of experience across finance, business technology, digital marketing, and higher education.
His academic background includes:
- Ph.D. in Finance from Queensland University of Technology
- Doctor of Business Administration from Southern Cross University
- Master of International Management from Thunderbird School of Global Management
- MBA in Finance from Kansas State University
Karim is also a published researcher. He co-authored “Improved Capital Budgeting Decision Making: Evidence from Canada,” published in Management Decision. The research received recognition from the Emerald Literati Network Awards for Excellence.
His experience also includes teaching Corporate Finance and developing digital business and educational platforms.
AcademyHire brings these areas together—academia, technology, and digital marketing—to create a more focused approach to business school recruitment.
