International University of Japan (IUJ) is hiring a tenure-track faculty member in Business Management. This is a full-time academic role at the Graduate School of International Management (GSIM). Faculty Role and Academic Rank
The university seeks a Ph.D. holder in Business Administration or a related field. The role is tenure-track and open to all ranks. Candidates must meet AACSB faculty standards. Teaching Areas and Courses
Faculty teach four courses per academic year. Each course runs for eight weeks. All courses are taught in English. Core teaching areas may include Organizational Behavior and Human Resource Management. Specialized MBA courses may include Organizational Effectiveness, Organizational Design and Innovation, Remote and Virtual Team Management, Leadership and Organizational Change, Strategic Communication, Negotiation Strategy, Cross-Cultural and Global Management, Ethics and Corporate Social Responsibility, Human Resource Practices in Japan, Japanese Industry Overview, Sustainability and Green Organizations. Teaching topics may vary based on background and interest.
Research Environment and Support

Compensation and Extra Teaching Income
Salary depends on rank and experience. Minimum annual salary starts at 7 million JPY for Assistant Professor, 8 million JPY for Associate Professor, and 9 million JPY for Full Professor. Higher pay is possible based on qualifications and past results. Extra pay is available for teaching beyond the normal load or in executive education programs. Many faculty earn about 1 million JPY more per year through extra teaching.
