Position Summary
The Department of Business invites applications for a full-time Associate Professor (or higher) in Management, starting Fall 2026. This tenure-track position offers an opportunity for an established scholar to contribute to a dynamic academic environment through teaching, research, and community engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Teach six courses per academic year in Management, Sustainability, and Entrepreneurship.
• Conduct and publish scholarly research consistent with rank.
• Provide academic advising and mentorship to undergraduate students.
• Contribute actively to the department, university, and local community through service and collaboration.

Qualifications

• Ph.D. in Management or a closely related field.
• Current academic rank of Associate or Full Professor.
• Proven record of peer-reviewed research and publication.
• Demonstrated college-level teaching experience in English.
• Interest or experience in liberal arts-style teaching.
• Strong collegial and collaborative attitude.
• Candidates habilitated in Bulgaria or other European countries are especially encouraged to apply.
