Wenzhou-Kean University (WKU) is a Sino-American university located in Wenzhou, China. It was founded in partnership with Kean University, a public university in New Jersey, USA, accredited by the Middle States Commission on Higher Education. Position Overview
Wenzhou-Kean University invites applications for a full-time, tenure-track position at the rank of Assistant or Associate Professor in Management, beginning Fall 2026 (August 16). This is a 10-month appointment ideal for research-driven scholars who also value impactful teaching.

The successful candidate will teach Management-related courses, advise students, conduct scholarly research, and participate actively in university service. Applicants specializing in Operations, Supply Chain Management, Management Information Systems (MIS), or Business Analytics are especially encouraged to apply.

Qualifications
• Earned doctorate in Management from a Carnegie R1, AACSB, or EQUIS-accredited program (or expected completion before start date).
• Strong record of research or clear potential for publication in high-quality peer-reviewed journals.
• Proven or potential excellence in teaching, with the ability to engage diverse student audiences.
• Fluency in written and spoken English.
• Commitment to collaborative teaching, academic service, and mentoring students.
Applicants who have not yet completed their doctorate by the start date may be appointed at the lecturer level.
