The Operations & Business Analytics Department at IE University’s Business School invites applications for multiple faculty positions in Operations Management and Data Analytics, with appointments beginning in September 2027.
Applications are welcome from candidates at different career stages. Outstanding candidates may be considered for appointment at the Assistant Professor (tenure-track), Associate Professor, or Full Professor level, depending on qualifications, experience, and scholarly achievements.
The department seeks scholars broadly interested in empirical research in areas including operations management, supply chain management, service operations, decision making, and data analytics.
Candidates using non-experimental approaches—such as econometric modeling, analytics, machine learning, or optimization—and/or experimental methods, including field or laboratory experiments, are particularly encouraged to apply.
The department values diverse research approaches and welcomes candidates with backgrounds in operations management, management science, decision sciences, business analytics, data science, or related disciplines.
