About the Role
The University of Waikato is hiring a Lecturer or Senior Lecturer in Strategic Management.
This is a full-time, permanent academic role based in Hamilton, New Zealand.
You will join a collegial team and help grow strategy research and teaching in the School.
In this role, you will:

Build a strong research profile in Strategic Management

Publish in high-quality academic journals

Share research with industry, policy, and practice

Teach Strategic Management at undergraduate and postgraduate levels

Supervise Master’s and PhD students

Present research at national and international conferences

Work with academic and industry partners

Salary and Work Details

Salary: NZD $92,603 – $148,799 (based on level and experience)

Workload: Full-time (37.5 hours per week)

Location: Hamilton Campus, New Zealand
