Tenure-Track Strategy Faculty Job in Japan (IUJ)

Position Overview
The Graduate School of International Management at the International University of Japan invites applications for a tenure-track faculty position in Strategic Management. This is a full-time role. Teaching and Research Areas

Teaching Load and Support
The teaching load is 96 hours per academic year. This allows time for research. GSIM provides research funding. Faculty have access to major databases such as ScienceDirect, EBSCO, ProQuest, Capital IQ, LSEG, and Datastream. Extra pay is offered for added teaching or executive programs. This often totals about 1 million JPY per year.

Salary and Compensation
Pay is based on rank and experience. The minimum annual salary is 7 million JPY for Assistant Professor. It is 8 million JPY for Associate Professor. It is 9 million JPY for Full Professor. Higher pay may be offered based on achievements.
