About the Position

Key Responsibilities

As a Lecturer in Public Sector Innovation, you will:

• Follow all scholarship program and university requirements.
• Develop expertise in public sector innovation and related fields.
• Teach Business Administration courses after completing the PhD.
• Conduct high-quality academic research and publish scholarly work.
• Support curriculum design and academic program development.
• Participate in university committees, community engagement, and academic service activities.

Required Qualifications

Applicants must meet all of the following requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a closely related field.
• Master's degree in Business Administration, Innovation and Technology Management, or a related discipline, with a minimum overall grade of Very Good from a university accredited by Arabian Gulf University (or an equivalent recognized institution).
• Eligible to pursue a PhD through the university scholarship program.
• Maximum age of 35 years.
• IELTS score of 6.5 or an equivalent English language qualification.
• Medically fit and of good conduct.
• Citizen of a GCC country.
