This is an excellent opportunity for an accomplished academic with expertise in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, Management Information Systems (MIS), Data Science, and Artificial Intelligence (AI).

The successful candidate will teach graduate students, lead impactful research, supervise postgraduate students, and help shape innovative academic programs.

About the Role

As a faculty member, you will contribute to teaching, research, curriculum development, and university service. You will work with colleagues to support academic excellence, research growth, and accreditation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Teach and coordinate graduate courses in:
  • Business Intelligence
  • Data Analytics
  • Management Information Systems (MIS)
  • Data Mining
• Supervise master's theses and PhD dissertations.
• Conduct high-quality research and publish in leading academic journals.
• Develop and improve graduate programs that reflect advances in Business Intelligence and analytics.
• Participate in department, college, and university committees.
• Support accreditation, quality assurance, and continuous improvement activities.
• Build research partnerships with local and international universities, government agencies, and industry.

Required Qualifications

Applicants should have:

• A PhD from an accredited university in Business Intelligence, Information Systems, Data Science, Business Administration, or a closely related field.
• A strong research record with at least 10 publications in Q1 or Q2 journals in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, or related fields.
• Graduate-level teaching experience.
• Experience supervising master's and doctoral students.
• Experience developing academic programs and supporting accreditation.
• Experience collaborating with industry, government, or research organizations.
• Strong skills in:
  • Business Intelligence solutions
  • Data visualization and dashboards
  • Decision support systems
  • Artificial Intelligence applications
  • Advanced analytics and predictive modeling

Preferred Qualifications

Preference will be given to candidates who have:

• Practical experience delivering Business Intelligence projects.
• Success securing research grants or externally funded projects.
• Experience using Learning Management Systems (LMS) and educational technology.
• Experience teaching in blended, hybrid, or online learning environments.
