Faculty Position in Marketing

Position Overview
The School of Business Administration (SBA) at Al Akhawayn University in Ifrane (AUI), Morocco is seeking applications for a full-time faculty position in Marketing starting Spring 2026. This opening is available at the Assistant, Associate, or Full Professor level, depending on qualifications and academic experience.

The successful candidate will join a growing business school in a unique liberal arts environment and contribute to both undergraduate and graduate programs in business education.

Responsibilities

• Teach a broad range of courses in Marketing at both undergraduate and graduate levels
• Develop and publish high-quality research with recognized scholarly impact
• Engage in student advising and mentoring
• Contribute actively to service roles within the School of Business Administration and the University community
• Support the University’s ongoing AACSB accreditation process

Qualifications

• Ph.D. in Marketing from an accredited institution
• Demonstrated record, or strong potential, for scholarly publications
• Commitment to high-quality, student-centered teaching
• Willingness to engage in collaborative research and service activities
