Faculty Position in Management

Position Overview
Al Akhawayn University in Ifrane (AUI), Morocco, invites applications for a full-time faculty position in Management beginning Spring 2026. This is a permanent appointment at the Assistant, Associate, or Full Professor rank, depending on qualifications and experience.

The role is ideal for candidates who are passionate about teaching management courses across undergraduate and graduate programs and who want to build a strong academic and research career in an international setting.

Responsibilities

• Teach a broad range of courses in management and finance at both undergraduate and graduate levels
• Maintain an active research agenda with publications in peer-reviewed journals
• Engage in academic service within the School of Business Administration and the wider University
• Support accreditation efforts (EFMD, NECHE, and ongoing AACSB process)
• Contribute to AUI’s growing reputation as a leading English-language university in Morocco

Qualifications

• Ph.D. in Management from an accredited institution
• Demonstrated research record or strong research potential
• Commitment to high-quality, student-centered teaching
• Willingness to participate in university service and community initiatives

About the Institution
Al Akhawayn University in Ifrane is fully accredited by the New England Commission of Higher Education (NECHE). The BBA program holds EFMD accreditation, and the School of Business Administration is actively pursuing AACSB accreditation.
