About the Position

Faculty members will teach undergraduate and graduate courses related to:

• International Business
• Global Strategy
• Strategic Management
• International Management
• Business Strategy
• Related business disciplines

In addition to teaching, faculty members are expected to:

• Conduct high-quality scholarly research
• Publish in peer-reviewed academic journals
• Participate in university and departmental service activities
• Support student learning and academic success
• Contribute to curriculum development and academic initiatives

Required Qualifications

Applicants should have:

• A PhD in International Business, Strategy, Management, or a closely related field

OR

• ABD status with expected degree completion by December 2026

Candidates should also demonstrate:

• Strong teaching ability
• Excellent communication skills
• Interest in academic research
• Ability to work in an international academic environment

Preferred Qualifications

Preference will be given to candidates who have:

• A record of peer-reviewed publications
• Strong research potential
• Experience teaching business-related courses
