Wenzhou Business College is seeking outstanding scholars and educators for full-time Accounting faculty positions at the Assistant Professor, Associate Professor, Professor, and Lecturer levels.

The university is currently recruiting for 10-year tenure-track appointments beginning in Spring 2027.

Position Overview

Successful candidates will contribute to the teaching, research, and service missions of the university.

Faculty members are expected to:

• Teach undergraduate and graduate accounting courses
• Deliver intermediate and advanced accounting subjects
• Engage in scholarly research and publication activities
• Participate in curriculum development
• Contribute to university and departmental service
• Support student learning and academic success

Required Qualifications

Applicants should possess:

• A PhD in Accounting or a closely related field
• Or expected completion of the PhD by December 2026
• Strong communication and teaching skills
• Ability to contribute to an active academic environment

Preferred Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have:

• A record of peer-reviewed journal publications
• Evidence of research productivity
• Strong potential for future scholarly achievement
• Experience teaching accounting courses at the university level
