Role and Responsibilities
The Assistant Professor in Operations Management teaches undergraduate and graduate courses in operations and supply chain management. You will design clear and practical lessons. You will guide students in projects, internships, and theses. You will build a strong research agenda with peer-reviewed journal publications. You will help improve curricula and align programs with accreditation standards. You will join committees and support college and university goals. You will engage with industry partners and contribute to outreach and impact activities.
Teaching Expectations
You will teach courses in operations management, supply chain management, and related areas. You will use digital and analytical tools in class. You will bring real business examples to learning. How do firms manage supply chains today? How do data and analytics change operations? These questions guide your teaching.
Research and Scholarly Activity

Required Qualifications
A PhD in Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, or a closely related field from an internationally recognized university. Strong teaching ability and commitment to research excellence. An active research record with journal publications. At least two years of teaching experience at accredited higher education institutions.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with industry practice, consultancy, or professional service. Familiarity with digital tools and analytics in operations. Ability to link theory with practice.
Language Skills
Professional English skills are required. Arabic skills are a plus.
