Position Overview
Nanyang Technological University (NTU) Singapore invites applications for a tenure-track Assistant Professor in Marketing Communication. This full-time faculty role sits at the crossroads of marketing, communication, and digital media. It is a joint appointment between the Wee Kim Wee School of Communication and Information (WKWSCI) and Nanyang Business School (NBS). Role Focus and Research Areas
The successful candidate will build a strong research program at the link between marketing communication and technology. Research areas may include strategic marketing communication, branding, consumer psychology, digital advertising, campaign effectiveness, influencer marketing, content marketing, marketing-focused public relations, or technology-enabled marketing communication. Teaching Responsibilities
The role includes teaching at undergraduate and graduate levels. Teaching areas may include Integrated Marketing Communication, Consumer Behavior, Brand Management, Digital Marketing, Advertising, Technology-Driven Marketing, and Social Marketing. Faculty are encouraged to design new courses that blend communication and business thinking. You will help students connect theory with real-world marketing practice.

Qualifications and Profile
Applicants must hold a PhD in Communication, Marketing, or a closely related field. A clear research agenda, peer-reviewed publications, and strong teaching ability are required. Experience working across disciplines is a plus. Early-career scholars with strong potential are welcome to apply.

Work Environment and Collaboration
You will be based mainly at WKWSCI while working closely with colleagues at Nanyang Business School. This joint structure supports shared research projects, co-teaching, and wider academic reach.
