The Department offers a BBA with a major, minor, and certificate in Marketing. It also supports minors and concentrations in Entrepreneurship and Social Innovation. The Marketing program blends insight, strategy, and creativity. Students work with non-profits, startups, agencies, and large firms. The program is growing and evolving, with a strong focus on applied skills, work-integrated learning, and career readiness.

Role and Work Pattern
This is a tenure-track role at the rank of Assistant Professor. The successful candidate will be hired into the teaching and service work pattern. This means a strong focus on teaching and service to the university community. There is an option to change work patterns after tenure. Do you enjoy teaching first and foremost? Teaching Focus and Course Areas
The successful candidate will teach both intro and senior undergraduate marketing courses. This includes core marketing topics and advanced subjects. Experience creating new courses is an asset. The department values fresh ideas and practical content. Courses that link theory to practice are highly valued.

Preferred Expertise and Background
A terminal degree in Marketing or a related field is preferred. A minimum of a Masterโ€™s degree is required. Senior industry experience in marketing or related fields is a strong asset. The ideal candidate shows clear excellence in teaching. Experience with technology, AI, and new marketing trends is highly valued. Can you explain complex ideas in simple ways? Experiential and Industry Engagement
