This Assistant Professor in Hospitality Management role offers a chance to teach in a global, English-speaking program. You will work with international students and help prepare them for careers in hotels, tourism, and service industries.

Key Responsibilities
You will:

Teach 15 credit hours per semester

Prepare and update course materials

Advise and mentor students

Support curriculum design and program reviews

Required Qualifications

Ph.D. in Hospitality, Hotel, or Tourism Management
OR

Master’s degree + 10 years industry experience
Also required:

Strong English skills for teaching

Industry experience (3+ years with Ph.D.)

Salary & Benefits

Salary: KRW 50M – 70M per year (higher possible for top candidates)

Housing: May be provided

Flights: Round-trip airfare covered (for overseas hires)

Settlement Support: KRW 100,000/day (up to 15 days)

Vacation: 20 paid working days

Insurance & Pension: National Health + Teachers’ Pension
Research Incentives:

Scopus / SCI papers: KRW 5,000,000 each

KCI papers: Up to KRW 7,000,000 per year
