Overview
Prince Mohammad Bin Fahd University invites applications for a Full Professor in Business Administration. The role is based in Al Khobar, a growing hub for business and education in the Gulf region.

The College of Business Administration (COBA) has grown fast since 2006. It now offers strong undergraduate and graduate programs. The college is working toward AACSB accreditation and aligns with Saudi Vision 2030.

Key Responsibilities

• Teach undergraduate and graduate business courses
• Design and update course content

Teaching Load

• Around 12 credit hours per semester for Full Professors
• Classes may be daytime or evening
• Summer teaching may be available

Required Qualifications

• PhD in Business Administration or a related field
• Degree must be from an accredited Western university
• At least 3 years of teaching experience in English
• Strong research record (journals and conferences)
• Good English communication skills
• Experience with digital or tech-based teaching

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with AACSB accreditation
• Prior work in the Middle East or GCC
• Strong cultural awareness
• Leadership or program development experience
