Position Overview
The Kelley School of Business at Indiana University Bloomington is seeking applications for tenure-track Assistant Professor and tenured Associate Professor positions in Strategic Management within the Department of Management & Entrepreneurship. The expected start date is August 1, 2026. These are full-time, tenure-track or tenured faculty roles designed for scholars eager to join a world-class business school known for innovation, collaboration, and academic excellence.
Responsibilities
Faculty members will engage in high-impact research, teach undergraduate and graduate courses in Strategic Management and related areas, and contribute to service and mentorship within the department. The ideal candidate will bring both intellectual curiosity and a commitment to inclusive learning that aligns with the Kelley School’s mission of shaping future business leaders.
Qualifications
Applicants must hold a doctoral degree (or be ABD, with degree completion expected before the start date) in Strategic Management, Management, or a closely related field. Candidates should demonstrate a strong record of research and teaching excellence—or clear potential for both, in the case of Assistant Professors.
