Associate/Assistant Professor in Management

Position Overview
The University of Macau (UM) invites applications for an Associate/Assistant Professor in Management with a focus on Strategy and Entrepreneurship. • Contribute to doctoral supervision and faculty development.
• Engage in service activities to support the department, faculty, and university community.

Qualifications
Applicants should:

• Hold a PhD (or be near completion) in Strategy, Entrepreneurship, or a closely related field.
• Demonstrate the ability to publish in high-quality management journals.
• Show commitment to teaching excellence at both undergraduate and postgraduate levels.
• For the Associate Professor rank, provide evidence of a strong research record, leadership in academic activities, and mentoring experience for junior scholars.
