Assistant/Associate Professor of Entrepreneurship – Tenure Track

Position Overview
Bentley University’s Management Department is hiring for a tenure-track position in Entrepreneurship starting Fall 2026. The appointment is open to Assistant or Associate Professor rank. This role is an excellent opportunity for those seeking business faculty jobs in a globally recognized business school. Salary is competitive.

Responsibilities

• Publish high-quality scholarly research in leading journals.
• Teach undergraduate, master’s, and PhD students in Entrepreneurship and Strategy.
• Supervise executive PhD students.
• Contribute to the Bentley community through service, collaboration, and professional engagement.
• Uphold Bentley’s teacher-scholar model, balancing teaching, research, and service.

Faculty typically teach five courses per academic year, with class sizes capped at 35 students.

Qualifications

• A Ph.D. in Entrepreneurship, Strategy, or a closely related discipline.
• Strong research focus and teaching interest in Entrepreneurship and Strategy.
• Experience working with doctoral students (preferred but not required).
• Evidence of commitment to teaching excellence and impactful research.
• Willingness to embrace diversity, innovation, and ethical leadership in the classroom.
