Position Overview
The Daniels College of Business at the University of Denver invites applications for an Open Rank Professor of Management (tenure-track). The role offers a chance to teach, research, and serve in a highly ranked AACSB-accredited business school. DU is one of the nation’s top 100 universities and the oldest private university in the Rocky Mountain region.

Responsibilities
Faculty will teach undergraduate and graduate management courses across fall, winter, and spring quarters, using on-campus, hybrid, and online formats. The normal teaching load is six courses per academic year, with reduced loads and summer research support during the first two years. Professors are also expected to publish high-quality research in leading journals (such as Financial Times 50 or ABDC A*), maintain AACSB Scholarly Academic qualifications, and actively participate in departmental service and curriculum development.

Qualifications
Applicants must hold a PhD in Management or a closely related field from an AACSB or EQUIS-accredited institution (ABD considered, with degree completion by March 31 of the first year). Candidates should demonstrate potential for excellence in teaching, research, and service. Strong English communication skills and a record of inclusive teaching are essential. Preferred candidates will show publication success in top journals and research interests in digital transformation, AI, digital innovation, or technology-driven strategy and leadership.

Compensation & Benefits
Salary range: $170,000–$200,000 (commensurate with experience, rank, and internal equity).
