About the Accounting Faculty Positions
The University of Hong Kong invites applications for several tenure-track Accounting Professor jobs at the Professor, Associate Professor, and Assistant Professor levels.
The positions are based in the Faculty of Business and Economics and are expected to begin on July 1, 2027, or as soon as possible after that date.
These roles offer accounting scholars the chance to build their research and teaching careers at a leading university in Hong Kong.
Appointment and Tenure
The initial appointment will normally be for a three-year fixed term.
The appointment may be renewed. Candidates may also be considered for tenure before the end of a second three-year contract.
Exceptionally strong candidates applying at the Professor or Associate Professor level may be considered for appointment with tenure.
Required Qualifications
Applicants should have:
Experienced candidates with strong records in both research and teaching are especially encouraged to apply.
Experience teaching master's or MBA courses is highly desirable.
Candidates applying for Professor or Associate Professor should have a record of internationally recognized research and teaching.
