Position Overview
We are hiring a Full Professor (W2) in Business Administration and International Management in the Faculty of Business and Law, starting summer semester 2025 or later. This is a full-time role focused on teaching and research in business administration, international management, and digital transformation.

Key Responsibilities

• Teach basic and advanced business administration courses in our Bachelor’s programs (Business Administration and Business Law)
• Focus on international management and digital transformation
• Additional teaching opportunities in business school topics at both Bachelor’s and Master’s levels by agreement
• Deliver courses mainly or fully in English
• Contribute actively to applied research and publish articles
• Participate in the academic self-governance of the university

Candidate Profile

• Completed university studies and a Ph.D. in business, economics, or a related field
• At least five years of relevant professional experience, preferably with international exposure
• Strong motivation for teaching and, ideally, proven teaching experience
• Willingness and ability to conduct research and publish, especially in applied or teaching-focused outlets
• Excellent English skills, both spoken and written; enthusiasm for teaching in English
• Further requirements include a completed university degree, academic qualification (usually by Ph.D.), and at least five years of professional experience, of which at least three must be outside the university sector (per §47 Landeshochschulgesetz Baden-Württemberg).
