Position Summary
Bismarck State College invites applications for a full-time, nine-month, tenure-track Assistant Professor of Management. This on-campus business faculty position is ideal for a passionate educator who values both teaching and workforce engagement. As a member of the business school faculty, you will help shape the future of business administration education in alignment with industry needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide academic leadership within the business and management discipline
  • Develop and maintain coursework in the business management program
  • Plan, implement, and evaluate curriculum using a strategic, documented process
  • Design and enforce program policies related to admissions, progression, retention, and graduation
  • Advise and mentor students in academic and career development
  • Deliver high-quality classroom instruction and hands-on learning experiences
  • Assess student performance and program outcomes to ensure continuous improvement

Minimum Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in a business-related field (e.g., business administration, management)

Preferred Qualifications

  • College-level teaching experience in business or management disciplines

Position Type and Compensation

  • Full-time, nine-month, tenure-track
  • Starting salary: $47,100–$58,874, commensurate with education and experience
