Qualifications
Required:

  • Ph.D. or DBA in Business, Human Resources, Management, or a closely related field
  • Broad teaching interests and ability to collaborate in a team-oriented department
  • Familiarity with online teaching (especially asynchronous, discussion-based courses)
  • Appreciation for the unique dynamics of small, residential colleges

Preferred:

  • Experience using innovative teaching technologies and delivery methods
  • Background as a student or faculty member at a small college
