Key Responsibilities

  • Teach undergraduate and graduate-level courses in supply chain management, supply chain analytics, operations management, and related areas
  • Design and deliver engaging, practice-oriented curricula that incorporate case studies, experiential learning, and emerging industry trends
  • Collaborate with faculty and participate in departmental service, student mentoring, and curriculum development

Qualifications

  • A Ph.D. in business or a related field from an accredited institution is preferred; an MBA with significant, relevant industry experience will also be considered
  • Demonstrated teaching effectiveness at the undergraduate or graduate level
  • Industry experience in supply chain or operations is highly desirable
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and collaborative skills
  • Ability to contribute meaningfully to a diverse academic community and foster inclusive learning environments

Appointment Details & Salary
This is a multi-year, 100% appointment. The salary range is:

  • $95,000–$110,000 for Teaching Assistant Professor rank
  • $100,000–$115,000 for Teaching Associate Professor rank
