Minimum Requirements:
- A PhD in the relevant field of specialization (Master’s and Bachelor's degrees must also be in the same general field) from a recognized university.
- 3-5 years of teaching or research experience at a recognized university or postgraduate institution, or relevant professional experience in the field.
- 5-10 research publications in peer-reviewed journals.
- Extensive experience in curriculum development, accreditation processes, institutional partnerships, academic advising, strategic and operational planning, quality management, and organizing conferences, seminars, workshops, and exhibitions.
- Potential to establish an active research program that engages undergraduate and Master's-level students.
- Ability to maintain a dynamic, externally funded research program aligned with their expertise.
- Knowledge of contemporary teaching practices and e-learning methodologies.
- Must pass a personal interview based on the university’s criteria.
