About the Brennan School of Business
Fully AACSB-accredited, the Brennan School of Business serves approximately 500 undergraduate and 120 graduate students across its business administration faculty programs, including the MBA, MSA, and MSHCM. Our mission is to prepare a diverse student body through experiential education to become ethical and entrepreneurial business leaders who shape a more equitable and sustainable global economy.
Teaching & Responsibilities
- Teach undergraduate entrepreneurship courses
- Maintain an active research and publishing agenda in entrepreneurship or related fields
- Provide academic advising and mentorship to undergraduate students
- Participate in university and school-level committees
Required Qualifications
- PhD in Entrepreneurship, Management, or related business field from an AACSB-accredited institution (ABD considered with PhD completion by May 2026)
- Demonstrated commitment to equity and inclusion in teaching
Preferred Qualifications
- Teaching experience in entrepreneurship at the undergraduate or graduate level
- Background in social or international entrepreneurship
- Industry experience in launching or managing entrepreneurial ventures
- Experience developing experiential learning projects
- Proven success mentoring students from diverse backgrounds
- Experience teaching at Hispanic-Serving Institutions (HSIs) or minority-serving institutions
Work Environment & Physical Demands
- Must be able to sit, stand, or move around for extended periods
- Ability to lift up to 15 pounds occasionally
Compensation & Benefits
Salary Range: $60,000 – $100,000 annually
FLSA Status: Exempt, full-time
