Founded in 1919, the American University in Cairo (AUC) is a leading English-language university in Egypt and the Middle East. AUC is accredited by the Middle States Commission on Higher Education.

About the Faculty Position
The Onsi Sawiris School of Business invites applications and nominations for an Assistant, Associate, or Full Professor of Entrepreneurship, Management & Marketing in the Heikal Department of Management.
This is a four-year fixed-term faculty appointment starting in Fall 2027.
The Department welcomes scholars working in areas that include:
The successful candidate will teach undergraduate and graduate students, including students in the BA and MBA programs. The faculty member will also maintain an active research program and contribute to the academic life of the Department and School.
All faculty members should be willing to teach introductory courses when needed.
Research Focus
The Department seeks a scholar whose work complements its current strengths while also crossing traditional boundaries in entrepreneurship, management, or marketing.
A key part of the role is research on emerging markets, with special interest in the Middle East and Africa.
The successful candidate will be expected to develop a strong research portfolio and build research partnerships with faculty, businesses, industry, government, and other organizations.
