The UCD School of Business is seeking two full-time Lecturers/Assistant Professors in Management with a focus on Organisational Behavior. These business school jobs are offered as permanent or 5-year fixed-term contracts. About UCD School of Business
UCD College of Business is a dynamic, research-intensive business school. It includes the Lochlann Quinn School of Business, Michael Smurfit Graduate Business School, Global Campus, and Executive Development. Our main campus is at Belfield, while the Smurfit School and Executive Development are located in Blackrock, about five kilometres away. We also have a growing presence in Singapore.

Key Responsibilities

• Teach undergraduate and postgraduate courses in management and organisational behavior
• Conduct and publish research in leading journals
• Contribute to the university community through service and engagement
• Support student development and academic success

Qualifications

• PhD (or near completion) in Management, Organisational Behavior, or related area
• Strong record (or potential) in research and teaching
• Experience working in a business school or higher education setting is valued

Salary and Benefits
The salary scale for Lecturer/Assistant Professor Above The Bar (7943) is €64,112 – €101,524. Appointment is made in line with Department of Finance guidelines.
