Position Overview

Sharda University in Greater Noida, India, invites applications from qualified international faculty and globally experienced academics for full-time faculty positions in Management.

Official Position Title: International Faculty - Management

Responsibilities

Successful candidates will be expected to:

• Deliver high-quality courses at undergraduate, postgraduate, and doctoral levels.
• Develop and enhance curricula, course content, case studies, and innovative teaching methodologies.
• Conduct high-quality research and publish in reputed international journals and conferences.
• Supervise postgraduate and doctoral students.
• Develop international research collaborations and joint research initiatives.
• Pursue funded research projects, consultancy, and industry-sponsored research.
• Strengthen industry-academia partnerships and bring industry perspectives into classroom learning.
• Mentor students in academic projects, internships, competitions, research, and career development.
• Contribute to interdisciplinary research and innovative academic initiatives.
• Participate in academic committees, accreditation, ranking, and quality-enhancement activities.
• Mentor and support junior faculty members.
• Contribute to Sharda University's internationalization and global academic engagement initiatives.

Qualifications

Applicants should have:

• A PhD or doctoral degree in Management, Business Administration, or a relevant discipline from a recognized university or institution.
• Demonstrated teaching and/or research experience in a recognized higher education institution.
• A strong academic and research record relevant to the position.
• A good publication record in reputed peer-reviewed or international journals.

The following will be considered an advantage:

• Experience in research supervision, funded projects, consultancy, or industry collaboration.
• International teaching or research experience.
• Interdisciplinary expertise.
• Significant industry exposure.

Appointment Details

This is a full-time, fixed-term contractual appointment based on campus at Sharda University in Greater Noida, India.

The initial contract duration is 6–12 months.
