Professor/Associate Professor – School of Management (Research Track)

Position Overview
Tung Wah College invites applications for a Professor/Associate Professor position in the School of Management. This is a research track academic role with a strong focus on health services management, smart health, and business technology. The successful candidate will play a central role in advancing teaching, research, and thought leadership in one of Hong Kong’s fastest-growing private higher education institutions.

Responsibilities

• Teaching & Curriculum Development: Design and deliver innovative courses in smart health, health services management, and related business fields. Develop teaching materials, assessment methods, and mentor students at both undergraduate and postgraduate levels.
• Research & Scholarship: Lead impactful research projects, publish in peer-reviewed journals, and present at international conferences. Build collaborations with industry and healthcare partners to solve real-world problems.
• Leadership & Service: Contribute to programme administration, curriculum review, and interdisciplinary initiatives. Serve on committees and strengthen professional networks.
• Professional Development: Stay current on trends in health services management and technology, integrating new knowledge into teaching and faculty development.

Qualifications

• PhD in a relevant discipline.
• Strong record of publications, research excellence, and teaching experience.
• Expertise in smart health, health services management, or related business areas.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Putonghua.
• Demonstrated ability to engage students and lead academic innovation.
