Corporate College Instructor

Position Overview
Delaware County Community College is seeking an Adjunct Faculty Instructor/Trainer for our business school faculty jobs team. Are you experienced in teaching adults? Do you have a passion for helping people learn business skills? If so, DCCC may be the right place for you. Our college is just outside the Philadelphia Metro area and is known for supporting student success and growth.

About the Role
You will teach a variety of soft skill training courses through our Corporate College division. We are looking for instructors who want to make a difference by teaching business administration faculty jobs and supporting local workforce development. Most classes are during weekday hours and are delivered at client sites in Chester and Delaware Counties.

What You’ll Do

• Teach business-related classes in areas such as leadership, time management, communication, and supervisory skills
• Work with adult learners, often in a corporate setting
• Use your real-world business experience and teaching background to help students succeed
• Travel to client locations to deliver training on-site

Qualifications

• Prior experience teaching or training adults
• Work experience in a business or related field
• Expertise in at least one area you will teach
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent (Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred)
• Must provide background clearances (Act 34 PA Criminal Background, Act 151 PA Child Abuse, Act 114 FBI Clearance) and verify education
