Position Overview
NYU Abu Dhabi, in collaboration with NYU Stern, invites applications for a non-tenure track clinical faculty position in Management and Organizations at the associate or full professor level. This prestigious business faculty job is based at Stern School of Business at NYU Abu Dhabi (Stern at NYUAD). The role includes teaching responsibilities across MBA, Executive MBA, and Executive Education programs, along with a leadership role in designing and delivering executive education initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Teach courses in Management and Organizations at various levels, including MBA and Executive Education
• Lead and manage Executive Education programming at Stern at NYUAD
• Collaborate with NYUAD and NYU Stern Executive Education teams to support business development, staffing, and curriculum design
• Deliver innovative and effective teaching and contribute to curriculum development

Candidate Qualifications

• PhD or terminal degree in Management, Organizational Behavior, Strategy, Leadership, Organization Theory, or related fields
• Alternatively, a non-terminal degree combined with at least 10 years of distinguished business or executive experience may be considered
• Evidence of outstanding teaching performance in a business school or a high-impact professional career
• Demonstrated strength in classroom delivery, curriculum innovation, and executive education leadership
• Strong interpersonal and collaborative skills
