Position Overview

The Management Department at the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania is seeking applicants for a full-time, tenure-track faculty position at the rank of Associate Professor or Full Professor for the 2026–2027 recruitment cycle.

The department is recruiting candidates in the following areas:

  • Entrepreneurial Management
  • Human Resource Management
  • Multinational/Comparative Management
  • Organizational Behavior
  • Strategic Management

The appointment is expected to begin July 1, 2027.

Qualifications

Applicants must:

  • Hold a Ph.D. from an accredited institution
  • Demonstrate the ability or potential for high-quality research and teaching
