About the Role
We are looking for an experienced professional in business, communication, or design with a strong background in sustainability management. You will teach, lead curriculum development, and work on applied projects that help businesses and communities transition toward sustainability.

Essential Requirements

• At least 8 years of industry and/or applied academia experience in environmental sustainability management.
• Expertise in sustainability measurement and management (life cycle analysis, circular economy, net-zero transition planning, sustainability roadmaps, change management, and organizational sustainability strategy).
• Knowledge of sustainability reporting standards, carbon markets, and relevant regulations.
• Motivation to develop and teach sustainability-related curriculum for both undergraduate and continuing education learners.
• Proven ability to deliver applied sustainability solutions.

Desirable Skills

• Experience integrating the three pillars of sustainability (environmental, social, economic) in projects.
• Knowledge of sustainability technologies such as carbon capture, carbon trading, and circular economy models.
• Expertise in carbon accounting and compliance frameworks (e.g., GHG Protocol, ISO 14064, Singapore’s Carbon Tax Regime).
• Experience in sustainable finance.
• Track record in industry-academia collaborations, including capstone and research projects.
• Experience developing a Community of Practice (COP) linking academia, industry, and public stakeholders.

Qualifications
We welcome applicants who have either:

• A Ph.D. (or equivalent) from a reputable university in a related field, plus relevant work experience; or
• Extensive industry experience with strong technical expertise in the required areas.
