  • Conduct high-quality research and publish in leading academic journals in management
  • Teach in-person classes at the undergraduate, master's, or doctoral level

Required Qualifications

  • Ph.D. in management (organizational behavior, HR management, or research methods), or in a related discipline from an AACSB-accredited institution
  • Demonstrated record or strong potential for publishing in top-tier management journals
  • Ability and interest to teach organizational behavior, HR management, or research methods
  • Meets Scholarly Academic standards for AACSB accreditation

Preferred Qualifications

  • Strong research record, with publications and manuscripts under review at top journals
  • Leadership experience in research projects
  • Interest in mentoring doctoral students and chairing dissertation committees
  • Active engagement with on-campus activities and a demonstrated commitment to excellence in the classroom
