The College of Business offers Bachelor of Business Administration programs, including Accounting. The college focuses on ethical leadership, strong skills, and career readiness. Faculty work closely with students and colleagues to deliver high-quality teaching and meaningful learning experiences.

Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will teach undergraduate and graduate accounting courses. You will prepare syllabi, lectures, assignments, and exams. You will teach classes as scheduled and hold regular office hours. You will support students with clear and timely feedback. You will use the University’s Learning Management System to manage courses and track progress. You will keep accurate records of attendance and grades. You will assess student learning based on clear outcomes. You will help create a welcoming and inclusive classroom. You will take part in curriculum review and program development. You will advise and recruit students. You will engage in research and scholarly work. You will attend faculty and departmental meetings. You will serve on committees and support university service activities.

Courses and Teaching Areas
You may teach a range of accounting courses at the undergraduate and graduate levels. These may include financial accounting, managerial accounting, auditing, taxation, and related areas. Teaching loads align with university needs and your expertise.

Required and Preferred Qualifications
A PhD or DBA in Accounting from an accredited institution is preferred. Candidates with a Master’s degree in Accounting will also be considered. Professional accounting credentials such as CPA, CMA, or CIA are required. Strong teaching skills and industry experience are highly valued. Experience in public accounting or senior finance leadership is an advantage. You should show a clear commitment to teaching, research, and service. Evidence of research and scholarly activity is expected. Prior teaching at the university level is preferred.
