About the Role

The Bang College of Business invites applications for a Faculty Position in Marketing at the Assistant or Associate Professor level.

We seek a scholar who can teach, publish, and serve. You will teach undergraduate, MBA, and PhD courses. You will conduct strong research. You will help build a growing, international business school.

Teaching load:

  • 3 courses per semester (9 hours)
  • Reduced load possible with strong publication record

All courses are taught in English.


Who Should Apply?

We welcome candidates who:

  • Hold a PhD in Marketing
  • Earned their doctorate from an AACSB or EQUIS accredited institution
  • Have publications in:
    • SSCI journals
    • ABDC/ABS ranked journals
    • Scopus Q1–Q2 journals

Recent PhD graduates must show strong research potential.

Publication Expectation

Faculty are expected to publish one Scopus Q1–Q2 journal article per year on average.


Preferred Expertise

We give preference to candidates with a strong quantitative background.

  • Conversion Metrics
  • ROI and performance measurement
