Assistant/Associate Professor in HRM – Kuwait’s #1 University

Position Overview
The American University of the Middle East (AUM) in Egaila, Kuwait, is seeking full-time faculty members in Human Resource Management for the College of Business Administration. These positions are available at the Assistant Professor or Associate Professor level, starting Fall 2025.

Responsibilities

• Teach undergraduate and graduate courses in Human Resource Management.
• Develop and update curriculum and participate in program design.
• Supervise student projects, academic fairs, and related activities.
• Assess student learning outcomes and provide mentorship.
• Publish research in reputable, peer-reviewed journals.
• Serve on academic committees and contribute to community engagement.
• Maintain high standards of ethics, collegiality, and academic integrity.

Qualifications

• PhD in Human Resource Management or a closely related field.
• Relevant teaching experience at a recognized institution.
• Strong record of research with publications in Scopus-indexed journals.
• Commitment to innovative, student-centered teaching.
• Evidence of curriculum development and academic service.
