Position Overview
The University of Doha for Science and Technology (UDST) in Qatar is seeking a dedicated Assistant or Associate Professor in Digital Marketing to join the College of Business. UDST is the nation’s first applied university, officially established by Emiri Decision No. 13 of 2022. Responsibilities
The successful candidate will:

Teach a range of digital marketing courses at undergraduate and graduate levels.

Develop, deliver, and assess engaging and applied learning experiences.

Supervise student research and guide professional development.

Build strong links with industry partners, advisory boards, and international networks.

Maintain course portfolios and support accreditation processes.

Lead or participate in applied research projects within digital marketing.

Contribute to the growth of the department, college, and broader university community.
Qualifications
Applicants will be considered for Assistant or Associate Professor rank based on qualifications and experience.
Education

PhD and Master’s degree in Digital Marketing or a closely related field from a recognized university.

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
For Assistant Professor
-
Minimum 3 years teaching in higher education or adult/industry training.

At least 3 years of professional work in digital marketing or related fields preferred.

Evidence of research publications in reputable journals.

Strong record in student supervision and academic leadership.
For Associate Professor
-
Minimum 8 years of teaching in higher education or training environments.
-
At least 3 years of digital marketing industry experience preferred.

International reputation for research with top-tier journal publications.

Proven leadership in research and partnerships with industry.
Preferred Qualifications

Professional certifications in Digital Marketing.

Diploma in Education (post-secondary or adult education).

6–10+ years professional industry experience (depending on rank).

Experience leading technology-based and innovative projects.
