Position Overview
The Department of Marketing invites applications for a full-time faculty position starting June 1, 2026 (or another agreed date). The role focuses on research and teaching in:

  • Marketing strategy and planning
  • Customer experience
  • Applications of artificial intelligence in marketing

Responsibilities include:

  • Teaching undergraduate and graduate courses
  • Supervising graduate students
  • Conducting research leading to high-quality publications
  • Participating in faculty and departmental activities
  • Engaging in academic activities that enhance the visibility of the University both locally and internationally

Candidate Requirements

  • Ph.D. in Business Administration (Marketing preferred). ABD candidates and those with related Ph.D.s able to teach marketing will be considered
  • Proven ability to publish peer-reviewed research
  • Experience or strong potential in university-level teaching
  • Ability to teach in French (if not fluent at hire, must reach fluency within three years)
  • Ability to teach in English for some courses is an asset
  • Strong English skills for research purposes

Employment Conditions

  • Full-time appointment
  • Salary in line with the Collective Agreement
