Position Overview
This full-time business faculty job is open to educators with a passion for business administration, business analytics, hospitality management, and human resources. The position involves teaching and mentoring undergraduate and graduate students in a business school environment. Faculty will focus on business statistics, data analytics, hospitality, and HR, helping students build practical skills for future careers.
Key Responsibilities

Teach undergraduate and graduate courses in business statistics, data analytics, hospitality management, and human resources.

Mentor students at both the undergraduate and graduate levels, providing guidance throughout their academic journey.

Support the college’s assessment program by monitoring and improving student performance.

Respond quickly to student questions and provide support as needed.

Submit all university reports on time, including attendance, grades, and progress reports.

Take part in university or department activities to build a strong academic community.

Pursue active research in your area of expertise and share findings with the college.

Maintain regular office hours for student support.

Assist with admissions events when needed.

In some cases, serve as academic coordinator for your degree program.
Minimum Qualifications

Master’s degree (M.A.) or higher, or related teaching experience and training.

Doctoral degree (Ph.D.) or equivalent, with some teaching experience preferred.

Candidates must know how to use electronic teaching platforms or be willing to learn.

Professional experience in a related business field is a plus, but not required.

Must understand different learning styles and use them in teaching.

Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills are required.
Graduate Course Requirements

To teach graduate-level courses, you must have a doctorate in your teaching field or in a related area with at least 18 graduate semester hours in the subject.

All degrees must come from a regionally accredited university.
