Tenure-Track Faculty Positions in Accounting

Position Overview
Join a leading business school as a Tenure-Track Professor, Associate Professor, or Assistant Professor in Accounting within the Faculty of Business and Economics. Several positions are available, starting July 1, 2026, or as soon as possible. This is a three-year fixed-term appointment with the possibility of renewal and consideration for tenure after a second term. Exceptionally qualified applicants at the Professor or Associate Professor level may be considered for a tenured appointment.

Who Should Apply?
We are seeking candidates who hold a Ph.D. in Accounting. Experience teaching business administration faculty courses at the Master's or MBA level is highly valued. Applicants for Professor or Associate Professor roles should have a strong record of international scholarship and teaching. What We Offer
The university offers a highly competitive salary, commensurate with your qualifications and experience, along with annual leave and medical benefits. Salaries tax is capped at 15% of gross income. The position includes a contract-end gratuity and a university contribution to a retirement benefits scheme, together totaling up to 15% of basic salary. Housing benefits may also be provided.
