About the Faculty Role

As an Adjunct Business Faculty member, you will deliver engaging, practical courses that connect academic theory with real-world business practice. You will support student learning while contributing your professional experience in business, management, technology, or leadership.

Faculty responsibilities include:

• Attend faculty orientation

Required Qualifications

Successful candidates should have:

• A master's degree in a field related to the course being taught
• At least five years of professional management or leadership experience
• A minimum of three years of higher education teaching or professional training experience

• The ability to explain business and technical concepts clearly
• Experience with online learning platforms and Microsoft Office
• A collaborative and professional approach
• An understanding of Chinese students and their learning styles

Work Environment

Faculty members should expect:

• Classroom-based teaching in modern university facilities
