About the Opportunity
Rutgers Business School is seeking outstanding candidates for a full-time, non-tenure track faculty position in Professional Practice. This role is open to applicants at the Assistant, Associate, or Full Professor level and is based in New Brunswick, NJ. Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will:

  • Teach undergraduate and MBA courses in Strategy, International Business, Management Skills, and other related areas
  • Deliver classes at both Newark and New Brunswick campuses, as well as additional RBS locations
  • Contribute to service and outreach activities for the department and school
  • Stay current with AACSB faculty qualification standards through ongoing professional or research activities

Minimum Qualifications
Applicants must meet the following requirements:

  • Hold a Master’s degree in a relevant field, or a Master’s plus significant managerial experience
  • Show evidence of excellence in teaching subjects such as Management, Business Strategy, International Business, Organizational Behavior, Leadership, or Business Ethics
